Franchisees are required to have a business background, as well as previous success in the restaurant industry or other retail environments. Previous hospitality and operating knowledge within food and beverage is also desirable, as is having an entrepreneurial spirit and an enthusiastic commitment to the successful expansion of Frankster’s brand and business.
